I bought the game through GameFools, but it seems that the version they sell is stuck at 2.0r, which is terribly outdated and doesn't seem to run at all in Windows 10.
Don't quote me on this, but I think that it's hamsterball, as this was posted in the hamsterball category. But they still probably should have specfied in the post.
