I was informed that there was a new puzzle for Easter, but when I started putting it together, it turned out it was an old puzzle, and all my puzzles had been totally reset to nothing. I still have all my Chuzzles in the Chuzzarium, but I do not want to do the puzzles again.
Also, the playground pack, world wide window pack and garden pack all went missing from the shop when I did a data dump and haven't come back.
For the Easter pack (which is awesome) all of the flowers eventually turn to yellow daffodils regardless of whether they started as tulips or other colored daffodils.
All of my puzzles reset to zero. I thought I was getting a new Easter puzzle (got the news "Easter is coming up! There is a new puzzle") but when I started putting one together, I got Peppermint, which I already have. That's when I scrolled through and found all the puzzles had reset, and the newest ones were gone.
All my Chuzzles are still safe in the Chuzzarium, but I was hoping for a holiday puzzle.
Popping in again; are both Chuzzle AND Chuzzle Snap supposed to ignore device mute settings? I find it annoying and suspicious how on iPhone muting my phone does not mute my audio, whereas literally any other game does this properly.
I needed to eliminate some data from my phone, so I cleared the data and cache, knowing that it should be saved in the cloud. Unfortunately, this reset all my puzzles (again), removed six rooms from my Chuzzarium, and I lost the Daily Do. How do I at least get the Daily Do back?
In Chuzzles Snap, of my Chuzzles have their eyes closed..(I have them all but Stinky). Kittyball kissed all of them, and they have had their eyes closed for the past week. They keep playing and eating, but their eyes do not open, unless their are in the Chuzzlegoround, or hidey box/tubes. Even if they are mad..they loose fur, but they still have the same face as if they just have been kissed by Kitty. And there are no hearts if I try to have Kitty kiss them. Any way to get their original eyes back? Thanks!!
Whenever you make a 6-match or greater in prismatic, all the super Chuzzle sprites that would normally make other Chuzzles super instead go straight into the lock bar, and it doesn't make any super Chuzzles. Kind of a rip off. Also, if you make a 6-match where one of the Chuzzles is already a super Chuzzle, you only get 5 super Chuzzles. The one that's already super explodes after all the other Chuzzles in its match turn to sprites.
Sometimes when you make a 5 match where one of them is a super chuzzle, it makes another super chuzzle before exploding both (assuming both are adjacent). Other times, it doesn't make a new one and instead simply explodes the one.
I just lost all my data in my game. At first I just lost my trophies and all my coins, but when I tried to restore my data from the cloud, I lost everything, even my username. Help please!
@Laurafmcdonough Try seeing if your profile is in Settings > Switch Player. Somebody suggested that with the removal of the "Secret Stuff" feature on iOS, an option to reset your Zen score (code ZENRESET) should still be available.
https://imgur.com/a/LpWapwW explains everything in it’s description. Tl;dr is when I used a Second Chance while I had a Fat Super Chuzzle, it caused 4 chuzzles to move their eyes as if they were super. Only one had the Halo effect that comes from super chuzzles.
@snackers Thank you! It does show the name for my original profile but when I click on it, it just goes back to “player 1” and won’t actually load my old profile. Maybe it’s all lost.
