Error when trying to buy new Chuzzles

Hello!) In the Chuzzle Snap on IOS
the "get Chuzzles!" button always throws me out of the app.( so I can’t buy any more Chuzzles
What can I do?

    You might have bought every Chuzzle already.

    I do have a lot, around 25, but I’m pretty before I’ve seen Chuzzle Mama now there and didn’t get. And some others... and that button is not opening at all, not just even empty space, just throws me away of the app..(
