Lost chuzzarium items

I was waiting for the chuzzle eggs to hatch and opened up Chuzzle2 today to find one single chuzzle ball in the middle that said “move me” and an absolutely empty chuzzarium. Every thing I had purchased was gone .. all the Chuzzles popped back in but not one single item ! My bonuses and coins were still there .. still on the same level but nothing else .. and it took me this long to finally finish the Easter puzzle ! Is there any way to get back all the items ? Bunny ears .. antlers .. wallpaper .. I had bought tons of the garden pack items.

    Send an email they will help you. I lost everything all my chuzzles, toys, etc., when U switched phones and they helped me a lot
