What happens if you beat Hap Hazard on daredevil mode without getting 100 points?

So I was curious, has anyone tried doing it? Because I haven't before and already beat the game a long time ago and don't plan on replaying it since I don't have the time to at the moment, lol. But if you have, what happens? Does it say fail like how if Otto Oblivion escapes or something?

I just went and ran through the mode while staying under 100 bonuses for Daredevil to find out what happens; regardless if you capture Otto or not, you don't get the mode's medal. I've linked a picture to show the results screen.
