All My chuzzles gone

Does anyone know how to get back my progress? I got a new phone everything was backed up and my achievement and progress show up in Google play but I lost everything. AL my 7k coins, all my chuzzles (I had them all except the last three puzzles) and tons of items in their house. I have played this forever and it seems weird I know, but I am devastated that I lost them all. I have loved keeping them safe and happy

    That is unfortuatnly an issue with google play. Do you have access to your old phone?
