I lost all my coins and Daily Do in Chuzzle2

I’d carefully built up my coin level to 12,000+ without denying my Chuzzles anything - toys, food, etc - they were always ecstatic. Then yesterday my coin level sank to 5 and the Daily Do disappeared! What’s going on?
