I cant download Hamsterball after i bought it can someone help me?

    Ok, first, why can't you download it?

    If you didn't get any download links:
    If you bought it off of their website (BMTMicro), send a copy of your receipt to techsupport@raptisoft.com, and ask them to give you new download link(s). Your receipt should have been sent to the email associated with your payment account.

    If you bought it from a third-party distributer, there's usually a "client" application you have to open before downloading/unlocking the game.
