Mage Rework Theorycraft v 3.0: Project SG edition

Changes List

Overall
1. in addition to gaining a skill point per level, wizards can also learn one mastery point per every 3 levels which allows players to increase mastery level of a spell school of their choice.
2. Leveling up your mastery level increases the chance to have that category of skills come up in level up screen+ specific bonus .
3. You can only learn up to 8 skills(some skills does not count in the skill limit)
4. Max mastery level is 5.
5. primary spells(ex. fireball) and the two subskills(ex. ember and explode) are combined into one skill.
6. Elemental Flourish now requires a primary spell with max level.
Fire
1. Added new elemental flourish: magic combustion, volatile flame.
2. Firewalker now increase movement speed
3. New skill: Pyromancy
4. Deleted skill: Ember to imps
Ether
1. Added new elemental flourish: interceptor
2. Rework: Ether blast, Planewalker
3. Phasing now has invulnerability
4. New skill: Ether Surge
Air
1. Added new elemental flourish: Power overwhelming
2. Rework: Disintegrate
3. Nerf: Hurricane
4. New: Energy Shield(replaces Magic shield)
Water
1. Added new elemental flourish: Shredding Ice, Embrittlement
2. New: Cryostasis, Blizzard(replaces magic circle)
3. Rework: Call Comet
Earth
1.Added new elemental flourish: Haymaker
2. Rework: Boulder, Rock Surge, Earthquake
3. Buff: Gargantuan

  • Author's Note:
    You may be wondering "k, what is this project sg anyway". It is basically a mod/fangame project that some of the members of Solomon discord including me will be working on to make an improved and complete version of Solomon Dark. This theorycraft is pretty much the plan of changes that we will be implementing in the project. Of course since the project is still in development so all things are not final so anything can still change. You are more than welcome to suggest any changes or improvements for this theorycraft for I posted this post to get some feedbacks on it. Hope you guys enjoy and take care.
