    Solomon's Keep takes place well into the 3rd Era of Magic. It's entirely possible that the canon ending for Keep is death so it could take place before SKUME. Keep might also lead directly into the 4th Era of Magic, since taking down the guy that turned the king of the world into a skeleton is probably a big international deal.
