Possible to buy Bargain Bag even with no perk slots available

It's possible to purchase the bargain bag even when you don't have enough perk slots available (already occupied by other perks).

The purchase will be completed and your gold will be gone.

i was just writing a bug report on that too when i refreshed my other tab to find some beating me to it lol.

"I get a bug with the bargain bag i can buy it then leave the vendor go
back in and buy it again and again, wasting gold. the odds of anyone
pressing it twice on accident are low but the chance is there.

You can buy 2(or 1) tonics then buy the bargain bag and
have 4 tonics wasting 2 slots. i would suggest maybe making the bargain
bag in-purchasable (but you can still see what you bought before) the
moment you buy another perk."
