Baby Wipes - Fomb

So i found this fomb level called Baby Wipes. It's hard has hell. But that's not what I'm here for. At the very start, above the spawn there are phantom blocks, that look like they are there, but when you jump on them they disappear on the map, and you go right through it. How is this glitch achieved?

    This is due to the highest point in the designed level. Many funky things can happen here like lasers won't traverse this space and bubbles from lava\acid float up quite high.
