Game lauching issues?

So I recently registered Hamsterball on ArcadeTown and I've been having a blast with it. But whenever I try to run it, it Gets to the loading screen and crashes. Whats weird is that sometimes the games opens up normally and sometimes it does what I said previously. Any idea why?
BTW: I'm using Windows 7.

Hm, no-- this is the first complaint I've had with Windows 7.  Does the ArcadeTown version you have give you the option to send crashes up to Raptisoft?

First i had the direct x errors,,i installed 7,8,9 and 10 ,,finally after work of 3 days it ran,,i completed races till neon race,,next day it didnt ran..at the loading screen it stays for 2 secs and crash!!!!,,and a red box appears
