    Is there any more information that you can provide me?  I.E. does it recover if you restart it, etc?

    The progress on that floor was not saved after restarting the app.

    Only happened once in dozens of hours of play

    Okay, hm... I'll look into it.  If the game didn't save, it was some kind of VERY hard crash.
