Booneyard Beta - Fireball Levels

Got Fireball to continue past level 12 without Rings. Climbs to level 17 and sticks when trying to select 18. After a few Skill Up screens, It'll skip to level 25 as a selection with +0 as the damage upgrade on it.

How did you do this, with Bribe Destiny?

They were offered outside of Bribe, the normal way. Bribe would only let me do 12 ranks.
