Any way I can my rings back?

Hello!

After the last update I had the nice surprise to see that the two rings I was carrying (+500% and +100% gold) had disappeared without a trace... 
:((

Any way I could get them back through some haxxor stuff or something? 
^:)^ Farming was already hard enough...

    Hey, did you select to not continue your game?

    No, right now I don't have a way to give you a code to get them back.  But I would like as much information as possible about how they vanished, since I have been discovering several ways the modern OS's find ways to shut down the app without notifying me so I can save everything.

    Also, are you on Android or iOS?
